Beryllium-cobalt-copper is an alloy produced by melting and casting copper with added beryllium and cobalt. The production process includes vacuum melting, hot forging, solution heat treatment, cold forging, and heat treatment, resulting in a beryllium-cobalt-copper alloy product with high conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness, wear resistance, high creep resistance, and corrosion resistance. Co-B-Cu is an oversaturated solid solution copper-based alloy that combines excellent mechanical, physical, chemical properties, and good corrosion resistance, making it a superior non-ferrous metal alloy.
