The pneumatic cross-flow waste gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification device specifically designed for conditions that dry dedusting equipment such as sticky dust, oily dust, industrial waste gas pretreatment, and fibrous dust cannot handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas and paint mist exhibit a horizontal centripetal motion, resulting in a longer residence time for the dust-containing gas and better washing effect. This improves the technical deficiencies of the spray tower under certain specific conditions, such as poor dust removal and easy blockage of the vortex plates.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct, where, as it passes through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball fillings into motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions.(Water supplement occasionally), waste gas is purified and then discharged into the atmosphere or enters other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.) after being dehumidified and demisted through a dehumidification layer. The liquid is sprayed and atomized from the top of the box after being pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and then returns to the bottom of the box for recycling. The purified waste gas meets the national emission standards.
