The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a new wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification unit developed to address situations where dry dust removal equipment, such as those for sticky dust, oily dust, and fibrous dust, fails to handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a horizontal centripetal direction, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing efficiency. This design improves the technical defects of the spray tower, such as poor dust removal and easy clogging of the swirl plates under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, where it speeds up as it passes through the rotating washing drum. The wind carries the ball-like packing material, causing it to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed with water mist for washing and neutralization reactions (water is occasionally added). After purification, the exhaust is dehumidified and demisted through a mist removal layer before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and then atomized and sprayed from the top of the drum, before flowing back to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards.

This unit employs a filled mist rotary system to purify waste gases, suitable for treating both continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no disruption to the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has a low pressure drop, offers high operational flexibility, and boasts excellent dehumidifying capabilities. The cabinet is constructed from 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability. The filling material is low-resistance Pall rings, capable of removing odors and harmful substances from the gas.
