The pneumatic cross-flow flue gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection flue gas purification unit specifically designed for handling sticky dust, oily dust, industrial flue gas pretreatment, and fibrous dust, which are situations that dry dust removal equipment cannot effectively address. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist exhibit a transverse centripetal movement, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing efficiency. This design has also addressed technical drawbacks such as inefficient dust removal and easily blocked swirl plates that may exist in spray towers under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, as it passes through the rotating scrubbing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the packing balls into motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions.(At times supplemented in water), the waste gas is purified and then, after being dehumidified and defogged through a demisting layer, is exhausted into the atmosphere or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The absorbed liquid at the bottom of the tower is pressurized by a pump and sprayed into mist at the top of the box, which then returns to the bottom for recirculation. The purified waste gas meets national emission standards.
