The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification unit specifically designed for handling conditions that dry dust removal equipment, such as sticky dust, oily dust, and fibrous dust, cannot manage. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a horizontal centripetal motion, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing efficiency. This design also addresses technical deficiencies such as inefficient dust removal and easily clogged swirl plates that may exist in spray towers under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gases are introduced into the purification tower through the duct, where, as they pass through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball packing into motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gases are thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation as needed). After purification, the exhaust gases pass through a demisting layer for dehydration and are then discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is pumped up to the top of the tower for atomization and then sprayed down, before returning to the bottom of the drum for recirculation. The purified exhaust gases meet national emission standards.

This equipment employs a filling water mist rotation system to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, and management, operation, and maintenance are quite convenient and straightforward, without affecting the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has low pressure drop, a wide operating range, and excellent dehumidification performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials for durability. The filling material uses low-resistance Pall rings, which can remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
