The pneumatic cross-flow waste gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification device specifically designed for situations that dry dust removal equipment, such as those for sticky dust, oily dust, industrial waste gas pretreatment, and fibrous dust, cannot handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a horizontal centripetal direction, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and better washing effect. It improves the technical defects of the spray tower, such as poor dust removal and easy clogging of the swirl plates in certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gases are introduced into the purification tower through a duct, where, as they pass through the rotating washing drum, the airspeed increases, propelling the packing balls into motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gases are thoroughly mixed with water mist for washing and neutralization reactions.(Water supplement occasionally), after waste gas is purified, it is discharged into the atmosphere or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxygen catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.) after being dehumidified and demisted by a mist removal layer. The liquid is sprayed and atomized from the top of the box after being pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower, and then returns to the bottom of the box for recirculation. The purified waste gas meets national emission standards.

 This equipment utilizes a filled mist rotary system to purify waste gases, suitable for continuous and intermittent emissions treatment. The process is simple, with convenient management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop's production.
