The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a brand-new wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification device developed to address situations where dry dedusting equipment such as dust collectors for sticky dust, oily dust, industrial waste gas pretreatment, and fiber dust cannot handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist exhibit a lateral centripetal movement, resulting in a longer停留 time for the dust-laden gas and better washing effect. It improves the technical defects of the spray tower, such as insufficient dust removal and easy clogging of the swirl plates in certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust is drawn into the purification tower through a duct, where it speeds up as it passes through the rotating washing drum. The wind drives the ball fillings in motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation at times). After purification, the exhaust passes through a dehumidification layer for dew removal before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or enters other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid collected at the bottom of the tower is boosted by a pump, then sprayed and atomized at the top of the box and returns to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards.

This equipment purifies waste gases through a rotating mist-filled process, suitable for continuous and intermittent emissions treatment. The process is simple, and management, operation, and maintenance are quite convenient and straightforward, without affecting the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, with low pressure drop, high operational flexibility, and excellent demisting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials for durability. The packing uses low-pressure-resistant Paul rings to remove odors, harmful substances, and more from the gas.
