The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a new type of wet environmental protection waste gas purification device developed specifically for handling conditions that dry dust removal equipment, such as those for sticky dust, oily dust, industrial waste gas pretreatment, and fiber-like dust, cannot address. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas and paint mist exhibit a lateral centripetal motion, resulting in a longer residence time for the dust-containing gas and improved washing efficiency. This has improved the technical deficiencies of the spray tower, such as insufficient dust removal and easily clogged swirl plates under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust is introduced into the purification tower through ducts, where, as it passes through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball fillings into motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation at times). After purification, the exhaust is dehumidified and demisted through a mist removal layer before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is then pumped and atomized from the top of the tower, before recirculating back to the bottom for reuse. The purified exhaust meets national emission standards.

This equipment employs a filling water mist rotation system to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has low pressure drop, a wide operating range, and excellent demisting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability. The filling material, low-resistance Pall rings, can remove odors, harmful substances, and more from the gas.
