The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a new type of wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification equipment developed specifically for conditions that dry dust removal equipment, such as sticky dust, oily dust, industrial waste gas pretreatment, and fibrous dust, cannot handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas and paint mist move in a horizontal centripetal motion, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-containing gas and improved washing effects. This design has also improved the technical defects of the spray tower, such as poor dust removal and easy clogging of the swirl plates in certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower via ducts, where, as it passes through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball packing into motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed with water mist for washing and neutralization reactions (water is supplemented as needed), and after purification, the exhaust gas is then dried and demisted through a mist removal layer before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is then pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed into a mist at the top of the box, before returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust gas meets national emission standards.

This equipment utilizes a filling water mist rotation system to purify waste gases, suitable for continuous and intermittent emissions treatment. The process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop's production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, featuring low pressure drop, wide operational flexibility, and excellent demisting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability. The filling material, low-resistance Pall rings, can remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
