The wind drives the ball packing to rotate, and within the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation at times). After purification, the exhaust gas is dehumidified and demisted through the mist removal layer before being discharged into the atmosphere by the fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is pressurized by the pump at the bottom of the tower and then atomized and sprayed from the top of the box, before returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust gas meets national emission standards.

This equipment uses filling material and water mist rotation to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, and management, operation, and maintenance are quite convenient and straightforward, causing no impact on the workshop's production. It is suitable for a very wide range, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, with low pressure drop, high operating flexibility, and excellent demisting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials for durability, and the filling material uses low-resistance Paul rings to remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
