Design of the Cyclone TowerPrincipleTurbulent TowerThe design utilizes the centrifugal force of the cyclone separator to separate large particles and fibrous matter from the dust, which then fall from top to bottom into the dust collection box. Some light, fine dust particles are then directed through the top pipe into the water-washing cyclone tower, where they are flung against the tower wall due to centrifugal force and fall into the flowing absorbent liquid from top to bottom. As the dust particles pass through the cyclone tower plates at high speed, the absorbent liquid on the blades is blown into tiny droplets. Through mechanisms such as collision and interception, dust particles, absorbent liquid, and droplets collide with each other.Particle size continues to increase. Under the guidance of the cyclone tray plate, the rotational motion intensifies, generating strong centrifugal force. Dust particles easily detach from the exhaust and are flung towards the tray wall, where they are gravity-driven to the bottom of the tower, achieving gas-solid separation. For the fine dust particles in the exhaust, not all can be captured after passing through the tray plate; some particles escape. As these particles pass through multiple tray plates, they coalesce, increasing in mass and are then captured and separated. They then enter the upper multi-sided sphere adsorption filter layer for dehydration. Due to the large surface area of the multi-sided spheres, the adsorption capacity is strong.
