The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification unit specifically designed for situations where dry dust removal equipment, such as those for sticky dust, oily dust, industrial waste gas pretreatment, and fibrous dust, is ineffective. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a transverse centripetal motion, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing efficiency. This design improves the technical deficiencies of spray towers, such as poor dust removal and easy clogging of swirl plates under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the duct, as it passes through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball packing to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions.(Water supplementation occasionally), waste gas, after purification, is discharged into the atmosphere or enters other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.) after being dehumidified and defogged by the demisting layer. The absorbed liquid, after being pressurized by the pump at the bottom of the tower, is sprayed and atomized at the top of the box, then recirculates back to the bottom of the box for reuse. The purified waste gas meets national emission standards.

 This equipment uses a filling water mist rotation to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of both continuous and intermittent emissions.
