The pneumatic cross-flow flue gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection flue gas purification device specifically designed for handling situations that dry dust removal equipment, such as those for sticky dust, oily dust, and fibrous dust, cannot effectively treat. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move in a horizontal centripetal direction, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing effect. This has addressed issues such as inadequate dust removal and easily clogged swirl plates that exist in spray towers under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower via a duct, as it passes through the rotating scrubbing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the packing balls into motion. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed with water mist for washing and neutralization reactions.(Occasionally supplemented with water), waste gas, after purification, is discharged into the atmosphere or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxygen catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.) after being dehumidified and demisted by the desuperheating layer. The absorbed liquid is boosted by the pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed into a mist at the top, then returned to the bottom of the tank for recirculation. The purified waste gas meets national emission standards.

 This equipment utilizes a filling water mist rotation system to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions.
