The pneumatic cross-flow flue gas purification tower equipment is a newly developed wet-type environmental protection flue gas purification unit specifically designed for conditions that dry dust removal equipment, such as sticky dust, oily dust, and fibrous dust, cannot handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist move laterally towards the center, resulting in a longer residence time of the dust-laden gas and improved washing effect. This design improves the technical defects of the spray tower, such as poor dust removal and easy clogging of the swirl plates under certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, as it passes through the rotating washing drum, the wind speed increases, propelling the ball-like packing to rotate. Inside the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed with water mist for washing and neutralization reactions.(Water supplement occasionally), after waste gas is purified, it is discharged into the atmosphere or enters other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.) after being dehumidified and defogged by the demisting layer. The liquid absorbed is then pumped up to the top of the tower, where it is atomized by spray and returns to the bottom of the tank for recirculation. The purified waste gas meets national emission standards.
