The pneumatic cross-current waste gas purification tower equipment is a new wet-type environmental protection waste gas purification unit developed to address situations where dry dust removal equipment, such as those for sticky dust, oily dust, and fibrous dust, cannot handle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-laden gas and paint mist exhibit a transverse centripetal motion, resulting in a longer residence time for the gas and improved washing efficiency. This enhances the performance of the spray tower, mitigating technical defects such as inefficient dust removal and easy clogging of the swirl plates in certain specific conditions.

Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the duct, where it speeds up as it passes through the rotating washing drum. The wind drives the ball fillings to rotate, and within the drum, the dust-laden exhaust gas is thoroughly mixed and washed with water mist, undergoing neutralization reactions (with water supplementation at times). After purification, the exhaust gas is dehumidified and demisted through the defogging layer, then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan or fed into other purification equipment (UV photo-oxidation catalysis, low-temperature plasma, etc.). The liquid is pressurized by the pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed into a mist at the top of the box, before returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified exhaust gas meets national emission standards.

This equipment employs a filling water mist rotation system to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent emissions. The process is simple, with easy management, operation, and maintenance, causing no impact on the workshop production. It is highly versatile, capable of purifying multiple pollutants simultaneously, has low pressure drop, a wide operating range, and excellent demisting performance. The housing is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel or higher-grade materials, ensuring durability. The filling material uses low-resistance Pall rings, which can remove odors and harmful substances from the gas.
