Electrostatic Tar Removal Device, Wet Electrostatic Dust Collector,油烟 Purification Equipment, Equipment Customization
Electrostatic tar removal dust collectors are mainly used for gas purification in industries such as coking, city gas, metallurgy, building materials, carbon, ceramics, etc., with the most obvious demand coming from the coking and carbon industries.

Electrostatic tar remover structures include concentric circular, tubular, and honeycomb types. Wet electrostatic precipitator has several structural forms, one being the use of corrosion-resistant conductive materials for the dust collection electrodes, and another using non-conductive materials that form a conductive water film through spraying or overflow, which is non-conductive for the dust collection electrodes. The purification principles differ: the electrostatic tar remover works by when tar mist droplets and other impurities in the gas pass through the electric field, the impurities adsorbed with negative ions and electrons move to the sedimentation electrode under the action of the electric field's Coulomb force, release their charge, and then adhere to the sedimentation electrode, achieving the purpose of purifying the gas. The wet electrostatic precipitator relies on high-voltage corona discharge to charge the dust particles, and the charged dust particles are then drawn to the collection plate under the electric field force. A regular flushing method is used to remove the dust as it flows with the flushing liquid.

Dust removal features vary: Electrostatic tar separator features high tar removal efficiency, low pressure loss, and large gas handling capacity. It not only ensures the quality requirements of subsequent processes for the gas but also improves product recovery rates and significantly enhances the operating environment. Wet electrostatic precipitator boasts high dust removal efficiency, low pressure loss, simple operation, low energy consumption, no moving parts, no secondary dust generation, low maintenance costs, short production downtime, ability to operate below the dew point temperature of flue gas, and can be integrated with other flue gas treatment equipment due to its compact structure, as well as diverse design styles.

Electrostatic tar trap efficiency enhancement points: It's important to note that the working environment of the electrostatic tar trap is a vacuum environment. To maintain this environment, it's necessary to continuously monitor the oxygen content of the gas, with a manual oxygen content test generally required every two hours. Additionally, it's advisable to install a corresponding gas oxygen content analyzer and set it to trigger an alarm when the oxygen content exceeds a certain level, allowing for timely troubleshooting and fault elimination. When using the electrostatic tar trap, manufacturers should pay attention to the pressure of the gas collection pipe and the unblocking of the water seal drainage. The pressure of the gas collection pipe should be controlled within the specified range, and adjustments should be made if it exceeds the standard. The water seal and drainage of the electrostatic tar trap should be ensured to remain functional over the long term.
