Portable Fixed Spray Painting Booth Solution: Essentially, it creates a large painting operation space, covering the entire production line, and meets the painting production requirements for steel structures of 24m to 30m in length. Particularly for steel structures no longer than 30m in length, this booth can completely form a sealed working space, enabling painting operations to be completed in one station.

2. During operation: After the steel structure enters the painting station according to the production rhythm, the mobile spray booth moves to the position for painting, creating a semi-enclosed painting work environment, thereby completing the painting task for the corresponding part at that station. After finishing the painting job for the parts at the current station, the mobile booth is then moved to the next station with a painting task to complete the corresponding operation.

3. Equipment Composition:

Set up a mobile spray booth for workstations, which mainly consists of the following components:

Composition: Mobile room, zoning air distribution system, lighting system, exhaust port control interface device, gas detection and alarm system, track, electrical control system, etc.

(3-1). The mobile room frame is constructed with rectangular steel welding and bolted joints, with diagonal supports reinforcing necessary areas. The frame interior features fire-resistant mineral wool boards, with the color-coated steel plates measuring 0.4mm thickness each and a board thickness of 100mm. After forming, the interior is flat and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent style. Observation windows are installed at suitable positions on both sides, enclosed within the room panels using aluminum profiles and fitted with 5.0mm tempered glass. Human access doors are provided at both ends, serving both personnel passage and pressure relief functions. Electric/manual rolling shutter doors are installed at both ends, operable remotely (for sealed type), and the room's top side is equipped with a louvered air intake in the form of a filter cotton, to filter out workshop dust.

(3-2) The bottom of the mobile room body is equipped with an air outlet interface device. The upper frame structure's load-bearing section can be reinforced with truss design. Lighting is provided by internal explosion-proof fluorescent lamps, with a designed illuminance of 500Lx. The lighting fixtures are arranged on the side or the inner top of the room body. The room integrates compressible air supply points and power supply points that can move with the room body, facilitating workers during painting operations.

(3-3) The exhaust air outlet is located on the side and bottom of the chamber. The makeup air is primarily supplied from the top of the chamber through a fan, creating a flow pattern from top to bottom inside the chamber. This helps to remove harmful gases, preventing them from entering the breathing zone of the operator, thereby safeguarding the workers' occupational health.

(3-4) The mobile beam features an integrated load-bearing structure with four wheels on both sides, two driving and two following, with auxiliary wheels in the middle for even distribution. The cabin operates smoothly with no noise. The drive system utilizes a renowned domestic reducer, equipped with overload protection and a manual release device for convenient adjustment of the machine's operational positioning during assembly.

The ends of the (3-5) room bodies are equipped with an audio-visual alarm device, which automatically activates during operation to alert and prompt for avoidance.

(3-6) The positioning device used during the operation of the chamber is a mechanical switch positioning device, featuring strong anti-interference capability and reliable positioning. A mechanical limit device is installed at the end of the chamber to prevent the chamber from derailing due to the failure of the electric control.

?(3-7) The mobile room body walks on steel rails, with the top of the rails level with the workshop floor. The track installation trench is backfilled and grouted, slightly lower than the workshop floor by 25m, ensuring the workshop floor is basically level at the track installation area, without affecting pedestrian, logistics, and transportation access.

(3-8) The paint mist treatment systems for spray booths with (3-8) types of paint mist filters are all located on the side of the spray booth, utilizing dry filtration.
