Product Description:
Portable pneumatic grease dispensing kit with digital dosage, capable of holding entire 10-30 kg oil drums or pouring loose oil into the drum.
The grease gun is equipped with a powerful 50:1 pump, 4-meter high-pressure oil hose, and a rotatable high-pressure grease applicator. Driven by an air source and controlled by pneumatic components, it features stable performance, fast grease application, and a wide range of applications.
Typical Applications:
1. Bearing production line, lubricating grease is added to the sealed bearings before the pressure cover.
2. Automotive half shaft production line, half shaft bearing grease filling. Electric tools, ports, construction and engineering machinery, various industries requiring lubricant quantitative filling.
3. Lubrication of mechanical transmission systems. Quantitative application of grease to various types of machinery and equipment
4. Quantitative dosing during the conversion of large drums of oil to small packaging.

Usage Instructions:
1) Prepare 4-8 psi compressed air
2) Connect the oil injection nozzle with a high-pressure hose, ensuring that all connection parts are clean before attaching. Tighten the nuts with a wrench to prevent oil leakage.
3) Loosen the lock on the tight-fitting bucket lid, grasp the handle, and gently tilt to remove the pump from the bucket.
4) Clean and dry the oil storage drum, fill it with oil, level and compact it. Insert the oil level plate and the suction port of the oil pump vertically into the drum, near the bottom for better access; 12-20 kg oil drums can be directly placed inside the drum for use.
