The QZ401-SK industrial grease spray automatic oil-injector is equipped with pneumatic plunger pumps, pressure plates, air lifters, and other components specifically designed for injecting high-viscosity materials. The pressure-lifting mechanism and pressure plate for high-viscosity materials feature significant squeezing force. This fundamentally addresses the limitation of the follow-up plate, which, by means of adhesion, concentrates materials around the bottom valve to assist the pump in absorbing high-viscosity oils, being ineffective. Widely used in environments requiring high-frequency, precise supply of materials such as grease, adhesives, lubricants, and printing inks.
The crane operates through a conversion valve for lifting and lowering, with the pump and oil pan moving accordingly. When the material in the oil drum is depleted, the drum can be replaced by operating the crane. Yellow grease is used for lubrication and feeding in various applications such as oil change centers, production lines, metallurgy, papermaking, electronics, power, ports, construction machinery, automobiles, mechanical equipment, and marine vehicles. This includes processes like lubricating door locks, brakes, wipers, seat tracks, universal joints in the automotive parts industry, pre-lubricating bearing covers in the bearing industry, process lubrication of reducing gears on assembly lines in the miniature motor industry, and lubrication of gear assembly in the power tool industry.
