Terms of Use
1. Operating Temperature:
Thermal resistant: two types with a maximum of 200℃ and 260℃. General use: two types with a maximum of 70℃ and 105℃.
2. Lowest Environmental Temperature:
Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables: Fixed installation - 60°C, non-fixed installation -20°C. Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulated and sheathed cables: Fixed installation -40°C, non-fixed installation -15°C.
3. Allowable Bend Radius:
a) Compensation cables with copper strip shielding should not be less than 16 times the diameter of the cable; b) Compensation cables with other structures should not be less than 10 times the diameter of the cable.

Note: The marking method for standard-grade compensation wire models is to remove the letter "S" from the precision-grade compensation wire model (as applicable).

Note:
1. Other model compensation wires such as KC, JX, SC, EX, NC, TX, etc., only need to modify the * item of the model, such as EX-G-VV, TX-H-FVP, etc.
2. When the conductor requires a multi-strand soft core, "R" should be added after the original model number, e.g., TX-G-VVPR.
3. We also offer polyethylene (Y) insulated and cross-linked polyethylene (YJ) insulated compensating cables upon request.
4. The compensation cable shielding layer can also be wrapped with metal strips, such as: composite aluminum tape (P3), composite copper tape (P2).
5. Flame-retardant compensating cables are required, and "ZR-" should be added before the original model number.
6. Compensating cables with armor are required. Add “-22” after the original model number to indicate steel tape armor; add “-32” for钢丝 armor.
