
Welding Machine Operation Instructions:
Preparation before operation: install and connect the electric fusion fittings with the pipe material, and insert the welding machine output plug into the motor of the electric fusion fitting.
2. Power on the device. The main menu will display on the screen. Press the ↓ button to select a specific function of the machine, then press the confirm key to access the corresponding submenu.
(1) Parameter setting feature: Select the settings option in the main menu (it will be displayed in inverse color), confirm, and enter the parameter settings menu. Here, you can adjust welding parameters. Press the ↓ key to select a parameter setting, use the → key to choose a specific digit, and press + or - to modify the cursor position. Welding time is in seconds, cooling time in minutes. To enable printing, press the + sign, which will display "On" on the screen, indicating the print function is activated. During welding, the printer will print the welding parameters every 5 seconds. Press the - sign to deactivate the print function.
(2) Welding operation: After correctly setting the machine's parameters, you can proceed with the welding operation on the piping components. Simply select option 5 from the main menu, which is the "Run" option. The machine will display the set parameters; after confirming they are correct, press the start button, and the machine will begin the welding process.
(3) During normal welding, the machine starts counting down from the preset time. When it displays 0000, the welding is complete, and the machine will sound an alarm. Press any key, and the machine automatically enters a cooling state. After cooling, the machine will also sound an alarm. Press any key to stop the alarm and return to the main menu.
(4) In case of a fault in one line, the machine will automatically shut down and display an error message. For current errors, check if the output plug and fittings are properly connected; for voltage errors, verify if the power supply voltage is within the range of 175-250V; for temperature errors, inspect if the temperature sensor is disconnected.
