3. Installation and Usage Steps Edit: 1. Cut the pipe vertically, then use a scraper to remove the surface oxide layer from the pipe section that will be inserted into the electric fusion pipe fitting.
2. Mark identification lines on the pipe surface using a marker according to the insertion depth of the electric fusion fittings.
3. Insert the pipe into the electric fusion fitting until it reaches the marking line's depth. After installation, the pipe's central axis aligns with the electric fusion fitting.
4. Secure pipes and fittings with clamps to prevent misalignment and loosening during welding.
4. Installation Precautions 1. It is strictly forbidden for the inner wall of the electric fusion fittings and the melting zone of the pipe material to be contaminated by organic matter and other substances during installation.
2. Keep a safe distance from the welding pipe fitting until the welding is cooled for 30 seconds after completion.
3. Adjust welding time according to the ambient temperature and working voltage.
4. Input a matching power source according to the requirements of the electric melting welder. The further the distance between the power source and the electric melting welder, the larger the wire diameter of the power cable is required to avoid under-voltage affecting the welding quality.
5. During pipeline installation, bend elbows and tees must be properly supported and reinforced with brackets or fixed with supports, and appropriate pipeline compensation should be made.
6. Burial of pipe materials must be below the frozen soil layer, and the pipeline cannot be submerged in water during installation and welding.
7. When temperatures are low, adequate insulation must be provided for welding electrofusion fittings.
8. When working in environments with significant temperature differences between day and night, it is necessary to use straighteners and other tools to secure the piping materials on both sides of the electric fusion fittings to prevent heat expansion and contraction from affecting the welding quality.
9. Do not move pipes and fittings during the cooling process.
