   Steel wire mesh reinforced plastic composite pipeThis is a newly improved steel-reinforced plastic composite pipe. Also known as SRTP pipe. This new type of pipeline is made from high-strength steel wire mesh skeletons and thermoplastic polyethylene as raw materials. The fittings used for the steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe are polyethylene electric fusion fittings. During connection, the internal heating element of the fitting melts the outer plastic layer of the pipe material with the inner plastic layer of the fitting, securely bonding the pipe and fitting together.

  Product Features:

Product conforms to the standard: CJ/T189—2007 "Plastic (Polyethylene) Composite Pipe and Fittings with Steel Wire Reinforcement."
2. Composite pipes of the same specification but different pressure ratings feature varying wire diameters and mesh parameters.
3. The nominal pressure is the operating pressure of the pipe material when conveying water medium at 20°C. If the medium temperature changes, it should be corrected according to the "nominal pressure correction coefficient value."
4. Pipe colors are typically black, with gas pipes being either black or blue, and black pipes should have a blue stripe.
5. Pipe Lengths: 6m, 12m; also available upon customer's request and transportation conditions.

One: The production process for steel wire mesh reinforced plastic composite pipes and welded steel frame plastic composite pipes is different.
1. Composite Structure. Welded steel frame plastic composite pipes, using ordinary carbon steel wires as the base material. Although the wires are thick, their tensile strength is only 400Mpa, the process is complex, and the quality fluctuation is significant. Wire-reinforced plastic composite pipes (composite pipes) use high-strength steel wires (over 1950Mpa) as the base material, employing a secondary composite method. The wires are wrapped at a 54.7-degree angle around the pipe, allowing even distribution of forces along the axial and hoop directions when the pipe is under internal pressure. A higher safety factor is used when determining the wire diameter and density.
2. End Face Water Leaking. For plastic composite pipes with a steel frame焊接, due to the inevitable gap between the PE material pipe and the steel plate, when the pipe material is cut, although the end is sealed, the seal is prone to fall off when heated with electric fusion pipe fittings. After installation, the medium can seep into the gap between the steel plate and the plastic, leading to a decrease in the bearing capacity of the entire pipeline system. This results in the pipe being damaged at low pressure, causing pipeline failure.
Two:Steel wire mesh reinforced plastic pipeThe product standards for plastic composite pipes with steel wire mesh skeletons are different from those for welding steel frame plastic composite pipes. The plastic composite pipes with steel wire mesh skeletons comply with CJ/T189-2007, while the steel frame composite pipes follow the standard of CJ/T123-2004.
Three: Steel frame composite pipes can be suspended, while wire mesh composite pipes cannot be suspended.
