C-type hydraulic press main application:
Metal or non-metal parts stamping, forming, light deep drawing, shaping, and pressure assembly; eyewear, lock and hardware components stamping, electronic connectors, electrical components, motor rotors, stator installation, bearings, motors, engines, shaft sleeves, bushes, bearing guides, relays, piston installations, etc.
Equipment Structure:
The machine is shaped like a pillar with an arch design. It is composed of two main parts: the main unit and the control mechanism. The main unit of the hydraulic press includes the body, main cylinder, ejector cylinder, and filling device, etc. The power unit consists of the oil tank, high-pressure pump, low-pressure control system, electric motor, and various pressure and directional valves. Under the control of the electrical system, the power unit converts, regulates, and transmits energy through the pump, cylinders, and various hydraulic valves, completing the cyclic actions of various processes.
Equipment Features
The single-column hydraulic press features an integrated quick-action cylinder, offering rapid empty stroke speed and high production efficiency. The convenient manual adjustment mechanism allows for pressing at any position along the stroke of the press head or the upper worktable, as well as adjusting the length of the fast-forward and working stroke within the designed stroke range. Pressure can be infinitely adjusted according to process requirements. The robust open structure, welded as a whole, maintains sufficient rigidity while providing a more convenient operating space.
The press bed features a dual-button switch operation, allowing adjustable pressure and stroke. It employs both point and semi-automatic control methods, and can be set for either time or stroke control as required by the process. The operation is convenient and reliable (fully automatic models, large work surface options, and photoelectric protection available upon request). Note: Special specifications can also be customized according to customer needs.
