The Concept of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Press

The single-column hydraulic press is a C-shaped hydraulic press, also known as an arch-shaped hydraulic press. Compared to the four-column hydraulic press, it offers greater ease of operation, making it convenient for manual handling or robotic arms to place and retrieve products.

Single-column hydraulic press applications: Widely used in the correction process of shaft parts, profiles, and other components in the automotive parts, home appliances, hardware, rubber, powder metallurgy industries, as well as for the assembly of shaft and sleeve-type parts, and for simple sheet metal parts in processes such as stretching, bending, embossing, forming, and blanking. It can also be used for the pressing and assembly of general powders and plastic products, including bending, riveting, hot pressing, and embossing processing.

Structural features are as follows:

1. C-shaped single-column design, the entire body is cast, heat-treated for high durability, with excellent rigidity and minimal deformation.
2. Utilizes PLC control, with centralized PLC control replacing traditional relays. Program the required operations directly in the PLC, and it can also be connected to robots or manipulators.
3. Full hydraulic system with high pressure, stable operational performance, precise pressure control, and wide adjustment range.
4. Safety design featuring fully automatic and two-hand operation, with emergency stop and up/down point function.
6. The main shaft features two speeds during downward movement: quick forward and pressure-incremental forward. Quick forward enhances work efficiency; the pressure-incremental forward speed is adjustable, improving product assembly quality and protecting molds and products. (*quick-action hydraulic cylinder)
7. Utilizes both manual button and foot pedal for two-way start-up cycles.
8. Sealing components are made with the Japanese NOK brand, quality seals ensure that the hydraulic cylinder will not leak oil even after six to seven years of use.
9. Infrared Safety Protection Sensor (optional based on customer requirements).
