The series of magnesium alloy cutting machines is powered by a liquid pressure of 2-20MPA, and is connected to a three-phase AC380V 50HZ or AC220 60HZ power supply.

2. This series of magnesium alloy cutting machines transmits energy through a liquid medium, utilizes a parent-child cylinder hydraulic circuit, maintains low oil temperature, and has an empty travel speed exceeding 150MM/second, with a working speed below 30MM/second.

3. The equipment is in standby mode, with noise levels not exceeding 75 decibels during smooth up and down movements.
4. Featuring a four-column, three-plate structure, the vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide bushes, with the parallel accuracy between the lower and upper working surfaces at any point reaching less than 0.1mm.
5. The magnesium alloy product cutting machine features waste blowing assembly, and has a waste drop trough in the center of the lower worktable.
6. The lower stop position of the punch press is generally controlled by a pressure switch and a position sensor.
7. Features automatic counting, with both manual and semi-automatic control modes. Manual operation allows the press mold to stop at any stroke range, equipped with an emergency return button, and can also be fitted with an infrared hand guard. 8. Pressure, stroke, cutting speed, blowing time, and closing height can all be adjusted by the customer for ease of operation. 9. The hydraulic system is built-in with an oil tank at the bottom, featuring a clean and stable appearance.
