The single-column hydraulic press series is a versatile medium to small-sized hydraulic press, primarily used for shaft-type parts and profile calibration. It is suitable for operations such as clamping, assembly of bearing-type parts, and can also be used for bending, trimming, shaping, embossing, forming, stretching, etc., of sheet metal parts. It is also applicable to powders, plastic products, and more.

The uses of the small single-column hydraulic press are as follows:

Primarily applicable to machine tools, internal combustion engines, light threads, lifting equipment, shaft installations, and industries such as batteries and spark plugs. The machine boasts reasonable design, simple operation, electromagnetic changeover control for up and down movement, and features such as electric and semi-automatic operation to meet various users' pressing process requirements.

The introduction of the single-column hydraulic press is as follows: 1. Features a dual-button switch operation, allowing customers to independently adjust pressure, stroke, hold time, and closing height. The operation is convenient and the work is reliable.

2. The series hydraulic press machines are powered by liquid pressure ranging from 1-14MPA, and are compatible with external 3-phase AC380V 50HZ or 3-phase AC220 60HZ power supply.

3. The equipment operates at a noise level of no more than 80 decibels during standby.

4. A robust open structure with full welding maintains sufficient rigidity of the body while offering convenient operation space.
