Introduction

The four-column rapid hydraulic press features a four-column, three-plate structure with a movable plate in the center. The guide columns on both sides are connected to the upper and lower worktables with chrome-plated rods. The movable plate is guided by linear bearings on both guide columns, ensuring effective parallelism and perpendicularity between the movable work plate and the upper and lower plates. The parallelism of the upper and lower movable plates can reach within 0.1mm. The machine employs a patented parent-child cylinder, which outperforms a regular hydraulic press in terms of noise, speed, and power consumption, making it a highly efficient and environmentally friendly new generation hydraulic press.
