The Speed Multiplier Chain Conveyer, also known as the Self-Flowing Conveying System, is a widely used conveying equipment for various production lines in industries such as electronics, electrical appliances, and electromechanical. It is mainly composed of mechanical and electrical/electronic control parts and can be equipped with various auxiliary machines as required by the product process.
This conveyor line utilizes the acceleration feature of the multi-speed chain to rapidly move the worktable supporting the goods. It stops at the corresponding operational position using a blocker, or performs stacking actions, movement, rotation, and dedicated line functions via corresponding commands. Its conveying principle is such that when one or more conveying items are blocked, others continue to convey, making the chain with stacking function more efficient than other types.
Additionally, the production cycle for the high-speed chain assembly line is short and the cost is low, hence its widespread use.
