Recycled empty drums typically come from various environments such as schools, construction sites, office buildings, etc., with varying levels of contamination. For drums severely contaminated, manual cleaning is required before they enter the bottled water production line. Under the drive of the conveyor chain, the empty drums are fed into the automatic cap removal machine. Once the empty drum signal is detected, the cap removal head immediately descends to remove the cap from the drum. Using the air system, the caps are then blown to a designated location for collection and recycling.
Used for washing the outer surface and bottom of empty drums. Once the drum quantity signal is received, the pusher mechanism immediately activates, pushing the drum to the brush area. Subsequently, the motor drives the brush to rotate 360 degrees and the water jet head aligned with the drum position starts spraying, cleaning the outer surface and bottom of the drum from all angles.
