ITSS

Resource elements ensure that IT service providers can "do the job right," with ITSS compliance assessments primarily derived from the solidified outcomes and capabilities in personnel, processes, and technology elements, while also providing strong support and guarantees for these elements. They are primarily enhanced through the research and development of proprietary technologies and the learning and referencing of non-proprietary technologies, continuously improving the ability to identify and solve problems during the provision of IT services.
