The BHG-K2040 is a brand new concept intelligent control device for switch cabinets, featuring powerful functions and designed for indoor switch cabinets from 3 to 35kV. It replaces existing functions such as single-loop simulation, live voltage indicator, automatic heating and dehumidifying controller, circuit breaker disconnector button, circuit breaker open/close state indicator, grounding switch indicator, and more. It adds intelligent voice prevention of errors, live voltage display, static and dynamic contact tips, and wireless temperature measurement for cable joints, along with Rs485 communication interface. It is suitable for various switch cabinets including central cabinets, handcart cabinets, fixed cabinets, and ring main cabinets.

This product is controlled by a single-chip microcontroller. It features intelligent functions, not only displaying the switch's on/off status but also identifying whether the switch handcart is between the test and working positions or outside the cabinet. It includes voice anti-misoperation prompts and over-temperature alarms. Utilizing unique anti-interference technology, it boasts strong anti-interference capabilities.
