Product Introduction: The DNR series box furnaces are widely used in fields such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, and building materials.
Structural Features:
1. The electric furnace shell is constructed with a double-layer forced air cooling design, ensuring that the external temperature of the shell is close to room temperature even at high temperatures, with the outer shell temperature not exceeding 50°C.
2. The furnace chamber is made of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, offering excellent insulation properties, light weight, high-temperature resistance, and ability to withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking, crystallizing, or spalling. No concerns about contamination in the products fired.
3. Energy-saving efficiency is 60-80% of that of old-style electric furnaces.
4. Temperature control is achieved using Yudi temperature control instruments, featuring 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating and cooling, and no need for constant supervision.
5. Optional RS485 communication interface is available [connect to a standard computer to start, stop, pause heating, set heating curves, store heating curves, and record historical curves].
