Structure Features: 1. The electric furnace shell is constructed with a double-layer forced air cooling design, keeping the external shell temperature close to room temperature even at high temperatures, with the shell temperature not exceeding 50°C. 2. The furnace chamber is made of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, offering excellent insulation properties, lightweight, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to rapid temperature changes without cracking, crystallization, or slagging. No worries about contamination of the products being fired. 3. Energy-saving efficiency is 60-80% of that of the old-style electric furnace. 4. Temperature control is achieved using a Yudi temperature control instrument, featuring 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating and cooling, and no need for constant supervision. 5.
