Product Description: The DNR series box furnaces are widely used in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, and building materials fields.
Structure Features: 1. The electric furnace shell is constructed with a double-layer forced air-cooling design, allowing the external shell temperature to be close to room temperature even at high temperatures, with the shell temperature not exceeding 50°C. 2. The furnace chamber is made of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, offering excellent heat preservation, lightweight, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to sudden temperature changes without cracking, crystallizing, or shedding. You can rest assured that there will be no contamination of the products being fired. 3. Energy-saving efficiency is 60-80% of that of the old-style electric furnace. 4. Temperature control is achieved using Yudi temperature control instruments, which feature 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating and cooling, and no need for constant monitoring. 5. Optional RS485 communication interface is also available [simply connect to a regular computer to start, stop, pause heating, set heating curves, store heating curves, and record historical curves].
