Primary Structure: Equipped with a side-opening furnace door, using silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, paired with an intelligent temperature controller and a Type B platinum rhodium thermocouple, for measuring, regulating, and automatic control of the internal furnace temperature, with a rated working temperature up to 1700°C.
Parameter Introduction: The electric furnace shell is constructed with a double-layer forced air cooling design, allowing the external temperature of the furnace shell to be close to room temperature at the rated temperature, not exceeding 50°C. The furnace lining is made of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, which boasts excellent thermal insulation properties, is lightweight, resistant to high temperatures, and can withstand rapid changes in temperature without cracking, crystallizing, or shedding. Rest assured that the products fired will not be contaminated.
Energy-saving effect is 60-80% of old electric furnaces. Temperature control is achieved with a YuDi intelligent PID temperature controller, featuring 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning segments. It offers automatic heating and cooling, no need for constant supervision, and optional RS485 communication interface [connect to a regular computer to start, stop, pause heating, set heating curves, store heating curves, and record historical curves].
