Temperature Control Method: Utilizes a temperature controller with 30-50 programmable PID auto-tuning, automatic heating and cooling, no need for constant supervision.




Temperature Control System: Utilizing integrated circuits, modular control, and dual-loop protection (including over-temperature protection, ultra-high temperature protection, open-circuit protection, over-flow protection, over-pressure protection, etc.), ensuring the electric furnace operates stably and reliably.
Furnace Material: Made of lightweight aluminum oxide ceramic fiber, offering excellent thermal insulation properties, lightweight, withstanding high temperatures, and resistant to rapid changes in temperature without cracking, crystallizing, or shedding. No concerns about contamination of the products being fired. Energy-saving efficiency is 60%-80% of that of old-style electric furnaces.
