Heating Elements, select different quality heating elements based on furnace temperature. Heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistive tape, silicon carbide rod, molybdenum wire, and silicon molybdenum rod.
The control system utilizes microcomputer full automatic intelligent adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, modular control, auto-tuning function, multi-step program programming, and the ability to create various heating, temperature maintenance, and cooling programs. It boasts high temperature control accuracy; integrated modules with silicon-controlled rectifier control, phase-shifting triggering, and protection system; and incorporates over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protective measures. It has a high level of automation and all indicators have reached the forefront internationally.
