This ultra-high-temperature graphite vacuum furnace is a high-performance intelligent heating furnace developed by our engineering technicians through the digestion and absorption of foreign temperature measurement and control technology, intelligent technology, new material technology, and furnace chamber design technology. It is suitable for high-temperature treatment of materials under vacuum or gas-protected conditions.
Super High Temperature Graphite Vacuum Furnace Features
Graphite is used as the heating element, with a rated working temperature up to 2200°C.
Insulation materials consist of a composite carbon fiber furnace chamber made from imported graphite soft and hard felts.
Inner shell is polished stainless steel, outer shell is carbon steel, double water-cooled structure.
Front and rear door design for easy loading and unloading of parts by customers.
Observation windows are provided on the furnace shell for easy monitoring of the internal heating conditions.
Utilize tungsten-rhenium thermocouples and infrared thermometers for temperature measurement. Thermocouples automatically enter and exit.
