I. Applications of High and Low Temperature Test Chambers
This equipment is primarily designed for electrical engineers, electronic products, their components, and other materials, to test their adaptability during storage, transportation, and use under high and low temperature conditions. The testing equipment is mainly used to simulate environmental conditions for products in accordance with national standards or customer-defined requirements, testing their physical and other related properties under high and low temperatures. After testing, the performance of the products is evaluated through inspections to determine if they still meet the specified requirements, for product design, improvement, certification, and factory inspection purposes.

Section 4: Equipment Structural Characteristics
1. The equipment is primarily composed of the housing, refrigeration system, air circulation system, and control system.
2. The housing shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with double-sided electrostatic spraying, the inner lining is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, the door features a large observation window in the middle, complete with an observation light, allowing users to clearly view the test conditions of the samples.
3. The overall appearance is elegant and tasteful. The insulation layer is ultra-fine glass wool, featuring high strength and excellent thermal insulation properties.
4. The main temperature controller for this equipment is an intelligent digital temperature controller, easy to learn and use, with operation of different function levels being compatible with each other. It features a digital calibration system and built-in non-linear correction tables for common thermocouples and thermistors, ensuring stable measurements. It is equipped with on/off control and PID artificial intelligence control functions, with 0.1 level accuracy and various alarm modes. Features include independent heating and cooling, and a unique BTHC balanced temperature control method.
5. The refrigeration system utilizes a European Takong fully enclosed imported compressor set, featuring mechanical single-stage refrigeration or cascade low-temperature circuit system, with an automatic control and safety protection coordination system.
6. Electrical appliances are executed using Schneider's product series, ensuring safety and stability.
