Description

I. Product Overview:
Adaptive tests for semiconductor devices, components, electronic products, and other equipment under rapid changes in ambient temperature. Vertical two-box structure, automatic control of high and low temperature box circulation process, adjustable dwell and transition times, stainless steel inner lining, multi-form recording, equipped with various safety protection measures and devices.
II. Compliant with Standards:
GB/T2423.1.2, GB10592-89, GJB150, CNS, MIL-STD-810D, IEC68-2-14, IPC-TM650, etc. standards.
Section 3: Container Structure:
All functions are computer-controlled with an improved user interface, making operation and monitoring simpler and more intuitive. It allows you to maintain the current state of your running program, temporarily alter the values of this program segment, and set time parameters on the screen for automatic switching of refrigeration, heating, and tray transfer to the set values. The cold box and hot box are independently controlled, with separate doors, expanding the usability of the test box (triple-use in one box). The thermal insulation effect of the product is fully guaranteed. The test box door, circulating fan, and tray conveyor are interlocked for operator safety. Power to the circulating fan and tray conveyor is automatically cut off upon opening the box door. Standard conduit holes are located on the top of the box for easy introduction of sensor lines, detection cables, and other types of wiring.
Four: Refrigeration System
Shanghai Shengshi Two-Box Type Cold and Hot Shock Refrigeration System and Compressor: To ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements of the test chamber, this chamber employs a binary cascade refrigeration system with an imported French fully enclosed compressor. The cascade refrigeration system includes a high-temperature refrigeration cycle and a low-temperature refrigeration cycle, connected by an evaporative condenser. The evaporative condenser plays a role in energy transfer, expelling heat energy from the workspace through two-stage refrigeration systems to achieve cooling. The design of the refrigeration system utilizes energy regulation technology, an effective approach that ensures normal operation of the refrigeration unit while effectively regulating the energy consumption and refrigeration capacity, thereby reducing the operational costs and failure rates to a more economical level. (Optional German GEA and Japanese Mitsubishi compressor units available.)
V. Refrigeration Working Principle:
Both high and low cooling cycles utilize the reverse Carnot cycle, which consists of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The process is as follows: The refrigerant is adiabatically compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, consuming work and raising the exhaust temperature. Then, the refrigerant undergoes an isothermal heat exchange with the surrounding medium in the condenser, transferring heat to the medium. Subsequently, the refrigerant expands adiabatically through a valve, doing work and lowering its temperature. Next, the refrigerant absorbs heat from a higher-temperature object through the evaporator in an isothermal manner, thereby reducing the temperature of the cooled object. This cycle repeats indefinitely to achieve the cooling effect.
Refrigerants: Uses DuPont R404A (High Temperature Cycle), (Low Temperature Cycle).

1 The controller is equipped with a Japanese UMC touch-color LCD microcomputer controller, which is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. (Optional with Japanese OYO or American TEMI controllers.)
The product features a resistive high-precision touch screen for operation, allowing direct use of a USB mouse or a stylus to click on the screen for function selection or parameter setting.
3 The programmable function has a capacity of 160 Patten × 1600 step × 999 cycle.
4 Display Function: LCD screen display, capable of showing test conditions (including temperature ranges, cycle counts, running time, and remaining time, etc.).
5 Features programmable control and setpoint control for ease of use in various production conditions.
