II. Product Overview:
Three-in-one testing chamber, a test chamber integrating temperature, humidity, and vibration functions. It features rapid temperature change rates and provides a comprehensive testing environment for temperature, humidity, and vibration, etc.
The Three-Environment Comprehensive Test Chamber primarily provides temperature and humidity change environments for scientific research and production units in aerospace, aviation, petroleum, chemicals, electronics, and communication industries. It also allows for the application of electrical vibration stress to the test samples at specified cycles within the chamber, enabling users to conduct comprehensive stress tests on complete units (or components), electrical appliances, instruments, and materials, to evaluate their adaptability or behavior. Compared to tests with a single factor, this method more accurately reflects the adaptability of electrical and electronic products to combined temperature, humidity, and vibration changes during transportation and actual use. It exposes product defects and is an indispensable important testing method throughout the process of new product development, prototype testing, and product qualification testing.
The Comprehensive Test Box is composed of the following components: the test box body, the motion connection system, the control system, the refrigeration/dehumidification system, the heating/humidification system, and the air duct system, etc.

V. System Composition
The Temperature and Humidity Vibration Comprehensive Test Chamber is composed of the following components: the test chamber body, the motion connection system, the control system, the refrigeration/dehumidification system, the heating/humidification system, and the air duct system, etc.
1. Test Chamber Housing
Inner Box Material: SUS#304 high-temperature and low-temperature resistant stainless steel plate.
Outer Box Material: SECC high and low temperature resistant steel plate with powder coating, to enhance the appearance texture and cleanliness.
Insulation: Utilizes high-strength PU foam and high-density glass fiber wool to prevent unnecessary energy loss.
Single door, opens from right to left.
Test doors utilize high-tension seals withstanding extreme temperatures to ensure the密封 of the testing area.
Thermocouple: Original imported PT100 probe sensor (optional Swiss combined temperature and humidity sensor)
The cabinet is formed by a CNC digital lathe, featuring an elegant and stylish curved design, and is equipped with a flat, non-impact handle for easy operation.
The water tank is positioned at the lower front of the control cabinet, featuring an outward-pulling design for the water tank, which enhances the convenience for the operator to replenish water.
Large observation inspection box with built-in lighting maintains brightness inside and features an embedded glass within the heating element to ensure a clear view of the interior conditions at all times.
The cabinet features two 50mm diameter test holes on the left and top sides, which can be used for connecting external test power or signal cables.
The machine bottom is equipped with high-quality, fixable casters for easy positioning and mobility.
Two adjustable stainless steel activity plate racks are used in the testing area.
The drainage system utilizes vortex and U-shaped sedimentation devices for drainage.
Anti-sweat components are treated with the heat energy from the K-type tube of the system.

2. Sport Connection System
The entire test chamber is mounted on a lift platform that can move horizontally and vertically, facilitating connection with the vibration table for temperature, humidity, and vibration tests. The lift platform has a maximum horizontal displacement of 2500mm and a maximum vertical displacement of 1200mm. The maximum lifting capacity of the lift platform is 2 tons, while the weight of the equipment is ≤1 ton. The bottom of the test chamber is equipped with a movable interface for connection to the vibration table, featuring a φ200mm diameter port (used for vertical vibration) and a 1000×1000mm port (used for horizontal vibration). Sufficient space is left at the interface between the test chamber and the vibration table to accommodate displacement during vertical and horizontal vibrations of the vibration table. A pressure relief port is pre-located on the top of the test chamber to alleviate increased pressure inside the chamber due to the vibration table's movement. The interface connection between the test chamber and the vibration table surface is made of an organic composite material that can withstand high and low temperatures, formed into a round (square) corrugated pipe shape.
High-intensity, high-softness, high-sealability, and high-insulation密封 bodies that can withstand extreme temperatures and humidity over long periods, featuring double-sealing for excellent sealing performance. The test chamber is equipped with three blind plates, allowing for separate high/low temperature vertical vibration tests, high/low temperature horizontal vibration tests, and independent temperature/humidity cycling tests. Due to the weight of the blind plates, the equipment can be optionally fitted with three mobile trolleys, with the trolleys' height matching the test chamber's bottom. For easy replacement of the blind plates, simply push the replacement plate onto the test chamber's interface using the trolley. When connecting the test chamber to the vibration table, the test chamber automatically moves horizontally to the connection position, then raises or lowers to the interface connection height, ready for temperature/humidity vibration tests.
3. Control System
The controller features a high-quality, true-color LCD microcomputer with touch screen technology from either Japan's UMC or TEMI, offering a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing design.
The product features a resistive high-precision touch screen for operation, allowing direct use of a USB mouse or a stylus to click on the screen for function selection or parameter setting.
The programmable function has a capacity of 160 Patterns × 1600 Steps × 999 Cycles.
Display Function: An LCD screen displays test conditions, including temperature ranges, cycle counts, running time, and remaining time, etc.
Programmable and set-point control features for easy use under various production conditions.
Temperature slope setting allows for free control over operating time and heating rate.
Schedule start-up feature; the system will automatically operate upon reaching the set time, allowing for flexible control of the aging room's operating time and conditions.
Power-off restart function, with options for cold start, hot start, or interruption.
Temperature control is achieved through a synchronized coordination of the P.I.D.+S.S.R. system, enhancing the stability and lifespan of the control components and interfaces.
4. Refrigeration/Dew Point Control System

4.1 Refrigeration Compressor: The refrigeration system is composed of semi-hermetic industrial compressor units produced by "Thermokon" from France or GEA from Germany. This model offers high cooling capacity, low noise, low energy consumption, and high efficiency, ensuring long-term, stable, and reliable operation. The refrigeration system also employs PLC control and energy-regulating cold-end output, surpassing the traditional cold-heat balance control methods. It meets requirements through PID regulation, significantly reducing users' operational costs, extending the equipment's lifespan, and enhancing its economic efficiency. It is also beneficial for reducing equipment noise and improving the laboratory working environment.
4.2 Refrigeration evaporators and light tube dehumidifiers use complete sets of American equipment, single-sided welding, cold expansion.
4.3 Cooling Method: Air-cooled or water-cooled (when using water cooling, water temperature ≤ 25°C, water supply pressure should be 0.15Mpa~0.3Mpa)
4.4 Key Refrigeration Components: Electromagnetic Valves, Check Valves, Filters, Pressure Controllers, Oil Separators, Plate Heat Exchangers, etc., all use imported brand-name products.
4.5 Refrigerant: Uses environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A.

4.6 Utilizes oxygen-free copper tubes and nitrogen-filled welding technology (traditional methods use ordinary copper tubes and direct welding, which can easily cause oxidation on the inner wall of the copper tubes, leading to blockages in the refrigeration system, resulting in the test chamber not cooling down or cooling down slowly)
5. Heating/Humidification System
The heating system is located inside the air conditioning room, composed of multiple nickel-chromium alloy threaded electric heaters. The humidification system is situated within the ductwork, consisting of stainless steel humidifiers.
6. Ducting System
The air duct system is located in the intermediate space at the rear of the laboratory, housing devices such as heaters, humidifiers, refrigeration evaporators, dehumidification evaporators, fan blades, and temperature and humidity sampling sensors. As the fan rotates at high speed, it draws air from the bottom of the workspace into the duct, where it is mixed thoroughly with the heat and cold produced by the heater and refrigeration evaporator before being blown out from the top. The air, after exchanging heat with the test items in the workspace, is then drawn back into the duct for further mixing; this cycle repeats to achieve the target temperature and humidity requirements, while ensuring a high degree of uniformity in temperature and humidity within the laboratory.

The control system will automatically shut off the entire machine's power and trigger an audio-visual alarm when the following protective devices (partly) activate.
