
Section 1: Container Structure:
The rain test equipment consists of four parts: the pendulum tube bracket, pendulum drive, working rotating table, and electrical control. The bracket, rotating table guard, storage tank, test water pressure return device, and control console are all made of SUS304 stainless steel embossed plate.
Nozzle: The bending radius of the nozzle tube is determined based on the size of the test piece. The nozzle is a removable type, and the spray holes can be replaced with different hole sizes as required by the standard to ensure uniform water droplets and sufficient flow rate.
Test Water Circulation: The storage tank is connected to the water source for automatic replenishment of test water, which is then transmitted through a pressure pump to a分流 device, flowmeter, and pressure gauge before reaching the nozzle of the swing pipe.
Section 2: Compliant with Standards
This product meets the technical parameters for design and manufacturing as stipulated by the national standards and other relevant standards, including GB 2423.38—90 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products - Test R: Water Test Method," and the IPX1…IPX2…ratings of GB10485-89, GB/T4942.2-93, IEC, GB 4208—93, GB 4706, and GB 7000, strictly adhering to the protective requirements of low-voltage electrical appliances.
Section 3: Control System
Pendulum Swing: Achieved through mechanical transmission using a motor, variable frequency drive (imported component), reducer, eccentric wheel mechanism, rack and pinion, etc. The frequency of the pendulum swing (number of swings within a unit of time) is adjusted by the variable frequency drive, while the angle is regulated by the eccentric wheel mechanism.
Workbench Rotation: The motor drives a turbine to reduce speed, achieving the workbench rotation speed. The upper part of the main workbench is equipped with a grid-type adjustable height auxiliary sample holder. Adjust the height of the auxiliary sample holder according to the different swing tube diameter. The grid-type sample holder can effectively increase the test area of the swing tube when it contacts the bottom of the ejected sample.
