The test equipment is primarily used to evaluate the performance and technical condition of electrical and electronic product enclosures and seals after water immersion testing, or to ensure the equipment and components maintain good operating performance during the testing period.
The product may be affected by water damage during transportation or use, providing a reference basis for the product's technical standards. Applicable to artificial rain tests based on natural conditions, without strong wind speeds, and not considering the large amount of water intake caused by the temperature difference between the test piece and the rainwater temperature.

III. Structure
Installation Instructions and Composition
Description: This device is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of IP×5, IP×6 (both feature digits 5 and 6) as specified in the standard GB4208-93 "Degree of Protection Provided by Enclosures for Electrical Equipment".
During the spray prevention test, the equipment can be moved to any suitable location for the spray prevention test. Adjust the flow, pressure, time, and spray range according to the required specifications. Then, proceed with the test.

The test unit is composed of a storage tank, a pressure pump, pressure regulating valves, flow regulators, pipes,分流 devices, etc.
Storage Tank: Made of thickened high-grade brushed stainless steel, arc-welded with argon.
Jet Bracket: Precision-finished from stainless steel.
