1. Explosion-proof power (lighting) distribution box housing is made of aluminum alloy die-casting or steel plate welding, with a surface treated by high-pressure electrostatic spraying, or a stainless steel welded housing with stainless steel exposed fasteners.

2. Equipped with miniature circuit breakers, plastic case circuit breakers, motor protectors, explosion-proof pushbuttons, signal lights, and other components, which can be customized according to the drawings.

3. Features overload and short-circuit protection, and can be equipped with a leakage protection device upon customer request.

4. Available for customization according to customer requirements, such as adding surge protectors, ammeters, voltmeters, etc.

5. Some products can be equipped with hinges upon request, facilitating on-site installation and maintenance.

Explosion-proof products are primarily standardized by the strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance of the housing materials. The technical standards currently do not specify requirements for the internal components. In layman's terms, the internal components can be customized to be either standard or explosion-proof, depending on user needs, and both can meet and satisfy the requirements for explosion-proof distribution boxes.

Preventing explosions primarily involves several considerations: 1. The casing material must meet the explosion-proof grade requirements of the operating environment, 2. Products must not only be explosion-proof but also have additional features like flame arrest, increased safety, and positive pressure (based on customer needs), 4.
