The鹤管, also known as a liquid loading and unloading arm, consists of rotating joints, inner arms, outer arms, vertical pipes (for land use), three-axis joints (for marine use), balancers, and control systems, etc. It is primarily used as loading and unloading equipment for liquid media in truck tanker, rail tanker, or tanker ships.
Features of crane pipe:
Compared to traditional flexible hose connections, the crane pipe utilizes a rigid connection method, supplemented by safety features like emergency disengagement, effectively preventing incidents such as bursting or breaking, offering a high level of reliability.
2. The rotating union is made with superior double-roller technology, offering easy 360-degree rotation, leak-free performance, and convenient maintenance.
3. The flexible, balanceable spring cylinder balancer ensures easy and effortless operation of the loading and unloading arm, allowing a single person to connect pipelines to tank trucks with ease and effortlessly control the loading and unloading process.
4. Custom sizes based on customer's loading/unloading range requirements; during the process, follow the tank truck's movement within its normal travel range.
5. Pipes are made from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy, depending on the type of liquid medium, offering a long service life.
6. Pipelines can be lined with PTFE and equipped with heating systems, enabling the transportation of various liquid media such as hydrochloric acid and asphalt.
7. Utilizing sealed loading and unloading operations can minimize the evaporation of the medium, reducing environmental pollution.
Principle of鹤管 installation:
During installation, necessary safety measures should be taken to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
2. The connection between the pier and crane pipe should be equipped with a standard flange corresponding to the crane pipe, with the flange located approximately 3.7 to 4.0 meters from the track surface.
3. During assembly, refer to the work drawing, install from the base rotator to the vertical aluminum tube, from bottom to top, and attach the balancer.
4. When installing the balancer, first lift the oil feed arm to about 60°, install the pins on both sides of the balancer onto the hooks, then align the single ears on the swing arm of the pull rod with the housing of the balancer end, install the pins, and then install the open pins.
5. When adjusting the balancing force, place the oil feeder in a horizontal position, unscrew the end cover of the balancer, and you will see the adjusting screw. If the crane pipe tends to descend freely, use a socket wrench to tighten the screw. If the crane pipe has an upward tendency, loosen the screw until the oil feeding arm stabilizes within the range of approximately -5° to 60°.
