Working Principle:

Bagged agglomerated materials enter from the inlet, where they are subjected to vibration and compression by two vibration rollers (220KG in weight) of a vibration frame during their movement along the conveyor belt. They then pass through three sets of elastic, adjustable compression rollers for three consecutive compressions. Subsequently, they enter another vibration frame with two vibration rollers (220KG in weight) for further vibration and compression. The vibration frequency of the rollers is 1000 times per minute, after which the materials are discharged from the outlet, completing the vibration and compression process to loosen the agglomerates.
