Operation Instructions for Heater Roll Welding Machine

1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。

2、 Work Environment:No icing at temperatures from 0 to 45°C, and no condensation at humidity ≤ 85%.

3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; clean the water circulation filter daily; clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; change the water every 20 days; use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze for cooling in winter; change the transmission gear oil monthly; clean dust daily.

4、 Operation Method: After selecting the processing specification, the welder automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon closing the foot pedal switch. To cease operation, the foot pedal switch must be released, which will deactivate all actions.

5、 Protective equipment against sparks must be worn at all times to prevent personal injury.

6、 Welding machines generate high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear over time. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or require correction, they should be replaced or adjusted promptly during use.

7、 Cooling Water Chiller Operating Voltage: Three-phase, four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。

8、 Chiller operates normally during operationPerform R134a refrigerant recharge every 3 months.

9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled unit to ensure the chiller is dry.
