Current Product Overview

Product Overview:
Enhanced special design steel frame body with cantilever structure. Designed with 6 welding head groups according to product requirements, with an effective welding width of 800mm. The center of gravity is optimized to ensure the body provides a support point and work platform during high-speed welding production. The welding method employs a single-sided double-point structure; two welding power sources operate simultaneously for welding at two points.
Performance Features:
1. The welding head is mounted on the cantilever beam with sliding tracks, allowing for left-to-right movement. This facilitates adjusting the distance between welding points and can be randomly adjusted, suitable for welding various workpieces. To ensure versatility, this design achieves the purpose of multi-functional use with a single machine.
2. Utilizes a three-phase power supply, resulting in minimal impact on the power grid and requiring a lower grid capacity compared to a single-phase welder of the same capacity. The welding transformer employs a medium-frequency inverter power supply.
3. Equipped with a cutting-edge Siemens microcomputer rapid-response touch control panel, featuring full digital control and an easy-to-understand, clear, and convenient operation interface. It has the performance of automatic detection, compensation, and refusal to operate if the set current value is not reached, effectively preventing poor phenomena such as soldering and cold soldering.
Application Range:
Primarily used in sheet metal welding processes, it offers excellent results for welding computer cases, control cabinets, office cabinets, and automotive sheet metal.
Introduction to Medium Frequency Inversion:
PLC-controlled action program with a human-machine interface displaying operating parameters, set parameters, and manual/automatic selection. Multiple programs can be stored for welding products of different specifications. Multiple inductive switches ensure that if there is no workpiece or the workpiece and cylinder are not in place, the next program will not operate.
Introduction:
Medium Frequency Power Supply System: Composed of medium frequency inverter controllers, medium frequency inverters, and medium frequency transformers, etc. The medium frequency controller performs automatic detection, automatic welding, step-by-step reset, and safety protection through program instructions of the software and various parameter settings. The HJ-MF controller features microcomputer control, multiple programs, automatic power factor correction, transformer overheating protection, and voltage fluctuation compensation, and is designed with common operating parameters for easy operation. The medium frequency inverter is developed with advanced German technology, combined with years of welding experience, and all main inverter devices like IGBT, SCR, and drive modules are imported from Germany, ensuring reliable and stable quality. Medium Frequency Controller: This controller utilizes microcomputer control, allowing for automatic power factor correction, transformer overheating protection, and voltage fluctuation compensation. It features full Chinese display and common operating parameter settings, facilitating user operation.
Advantages of a Medium Frequency Inverter Welding Machine:
a. Medium-frequency welding machines have welding currents close to pure DC, with no significant peak current. This results in a stable and gradual expansion of the熔核 size with minimal spatter, ensuring consistent焊接 quality and high thermal efficiency. Compared to AC welding machines, medium-frequency machines can reduce welding current by 40% and significantly extend the electrode lifespan.
b. Reduces interference in large area secondary circuits, using direct current for welding current. No effect on welding when ferromagnetic materials are present in the secondary winding.
c. The mid-frequency welding machine's response speed is only 1/20 of that of the industrial frequency welding machine, allowing current to reach the set value faster and analyze parameters more accurately, thus improving welding quality control.
d. The mid-frequency welding machine features balanced three-phase load, high power factor (around 0.9), and energy-saving capabilities. It has enhanced adaptability to grid fluctuations and voltage drops. A portion of the energy is stored by the inverter and then supplied to the load, replacing the direct grid-to-load power supply method. In contrast, two-phase AC welding machines struggle to maintain voltage balance between phases during operation, resulting in a low power factor (around 0.6). For three-phase AC welding machines, achieving a constant current output is challenging.
e. The medium frequency welding machine is suitable for welding various materials and dissimilar metals, such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel, high-strength steel plates, and other materials. Additionally, the welding quality of galvanized plates and ordinary multi-layer plates is significantly higher than that of the welding machine using industrial frequency.
