Product Overview

This series of welding machines utilizes standard household electricity, which is stepped down by a transformer, increasing the current while reducing the voltage. This low-voltage, high-current is then delivered to the joint area of the workpiece through the electrode. At the joint, due to the resistance factor between the workpieces, a high temperature is produced, causing the metal to reach a molten state under this high heat, thereby achieving the purpose of welding two workpieces together. It can weld metals up to 10mm thick, such as iron and stainless steel, suitable for various types of metal products. The welding current is strong and powerful, with current control and a thyristor conduction angle divided into 1000 parts for adjustment, to accommodate welding of products of different thicknesses. It employs digital integrated circuit control, with strong anti-interference capability and stable, reliable operation. The control circuit is equipped with an incoming voltage fluctuation compensation circuit, ensuring timely current compensation within a +15% fluctuation range of the power source, thereby guaranteeing the stability of the welding current.

Description
